- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days. Free on all U.S. orders over $150.
- Expedited Shipping: Varies by location. Available at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping coming soon.
Returns
We want you to love your bag. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on unused, undamaged items, still in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, returned in original packaging with tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, tracking and insurance are highly recommended. Daneault is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns.
- To begin a return, email us at admin@shopdaneault.com with your order number.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Returns are opened by two individuals to verify condition of items received.
- Exchanges are available if you’d like a different color or style. Shipping expenses and policies are the same for exchanges (see above) as they are returns.
